This document is an artistic drawing executed in watercolor and ink. It presents the design of a jewelry box in enamelled copper, with a typically Art Nouveau design . The piece is richly decorated with peacock feather motifs, predominantly in shades of blue, green, and gold, elements strongly associated with the symbolism of luxury and sophistication in the early 20th century. In the upper left corner, it reads "Fischer Sculpteur ," and in the upper right, "Janvier 06 ," indicating that the work was conceived in January 1906. Below, there are enlarged details of the ornaments, reinforcing the concern for meticulous aesthetics and the champlevé enamel technique .

The context of the work is linked to the European decorative movement of the turn of the century, when artists and sculptors sought to integrate art and functionality into everyday objects. The inscription "Projet de Coffret à bijoux – Cuivre et Emaux Champlevés" shows that it is a formal proposal, possibly presented for luxury artisanal or industrial production. Peacocks and their feathers, symbols of beauty and eternity, were a recurring theme of the time, especially in France and Austria, where the Art Nouveau aesthetic valued organic lines, natural motifs, and refined enameling techniques.

The importance of this document lies in the fact that it is not only a preparatory drawing for a luxury object, but also a testament to the history of French decorative arts at the beginning of the 20th century. It is a large-format work, in excellent condition, which impresses with its richness of detail and technical refinement. For collectors and historians, it has significant value, as it documents the French tradition of uniting art, sculpture, and luxury craftsmanship during the Art Nouveau period.
