Declaration of Legal Compliance

Glórias believes that the quality and credibility of a historical or signed item depend not only on its graphic elements but also on the coherence of its history, its context, and the origin of the information available about the piece.

For this reason, we strive to document the provenance of items analyzed and sold by Glórias as transparently as possible.

The items available in our collection are acquired through sources considered legitimate and plausible within the collectible market, including private collections, auction houses, antique dealers, specialized sellers, and private negotiations.

Whenever available, we preserve information related to origin, historical context, chain of ownership, previous certificates, complementary documents, sales records, or reports associated with the item.

The absence of complete provenance documentation does not necessarily mean that an item is inauthentic or irregular. Many autographs, manuscripts, and historical objects circulated for decades among collectors without detailed formal records. Nevertheless, the quality and consistency of provenance remain important elements within Glórias' analysis methodology.

The company seeks to avoid selling items whose origin presents serious inconsistencies, evident risks, or elements incompatible with ethical and legal practices of the specialized market.

Glórias also respects Brazilian legislation related to historical, documentary, and cultural heritage, maintaining a commitment to the preservation, valorization, and responsible circulation of historical documents and objects within the collectible market.

Our objective is to operate with transparency, prudence, and historical coherence, contributing to a more serious, documented, and professional market.
