What is this service?

This service consists of issuing a professional technical opinion on the authenticity of an autograph or collectible item (shirts, documents, photos, books, etc.).

⚠️ Important: We only use the term "certificate of authenticity" when authenticity is proven with 100% certainty, without any reservations. Otherwise, we issue a reasoned technical opinion, clearly indicating the degree of reliability according to our own authenticity scale (5 levels).

How does it work in practice? (step by step)

1- Contracting the service

✔ Price: R$ 490.00 per standard item
✔ Payment via Pix or card
✔ Additional options available: English version, printed report, express delivery, etc.

2- Sending the images

You send us, via email or WhatsApp:

✔ Clear photos of the object (front and back)
✔ Detailed photos of the autograph/dedication

📸 The photos are sufficient to begin the analysis.

3- Sending the available information

Whenever possible, we request:

✔ When, where, and in what context was the autograph obtained?
✔ For whom it was dedicated
✔ Documents or evidence (old photos, newspaper articles, certificates, etc.)

This information is not mandatory, but it strengthens the analysis.

4- Technical Analysis

Technical analysis is based on the critical and comparative examination of the object or autograph, supported by documented references, specialized archives, authenticated examples, as well as the evaluation of the declared provenance and the historical, material, and graphic coherence of the whole.

5- Result classification

The conclusion of the report is expressed by the Gloria Authenticity Scale, composed of five levels — NOT AUTHENTIC, PROBABLY NOT AUTHENTIC, INCONCLUSIVE, VERY PROBABLY AUTHENTIC, and AUTHENTIC WITHOUT RESERVATION — objectively indicating the degree of professional confidence attributed to the object analyzed.

6- Issuance and sending of the opinion/certificate

We issue a written report/certificate in PDF format, in Portuguese, sent by email or mail (+ R$ 90). Other options are available such as your document in English (+ R$ 90), your report/certificate ready in 24 hours (+ R$ 90) or a commented analysis via videoconference (+ R$ 90).

7- Sales copy (optional)

Optional service costing R$ 290.00. We write a professional and compelling text of approximately 10 lines, with an impactful title, focusing on the historical and collectible strengths of your object or document, with the aim of maximizing its interest and attractiveness in the market; we also include guidance on where to sell it, in Brazil or abroad.
