In August 1932, a few weeks after the aviator's death, the Santos Dumont family thanks Paul Tissandier for his expressions of affection.

It is a short telegram from the city of Santos, announcing the death, in Guarujá, of the Brazilian aviator and inventor Alberto Santos Dumont. Days later, his body was transported to São Paulo, bound for his brother-in-law's house, at Avenida Paulista, 105.

This text testifies to the tragic event of the death of Alberto Santos Dumont, whose event had international repercussions. Never has this type of thank-you letter, sent to distinguished recipients, been offered to collectors.
