It is a short telegram from the city of Santos, announcing the death, in Guarujá, of Brazilian aviator and inventor Alberto Santos Dumont. Days later, his body was transported to São Paulo, destined for his brother-in-law's house, at Avenida Paulista, 105.
This text testifies to the tragic event of the death of Alberto Santos Dumont, whose event had international repercussions. This type of letter of thanks, sent to illustrious recipients, has never been offered to collectors.
