Milt Neil (1914 - 1997), nicknamed "the duck man", was one of Disney's cartoonists from 1935 to 1944, at the company's peak. He helped create legendary characters such as Donald Duck, Dumbo, Pinocchio and Snow White. He continued his career as a professor at the prestigious American cartoon school "Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Design", the only technical school in the world entirely dedicated to cartoons. Some of his former students are famous, such as Dave Dorman, who created the visuals for "Star Wars", "Batman" and "Indiana Jones".
Disney is the largest media and entertainment company on the planet. Founded in 1923, it is one of the largest studios in Hollywood and the owner of theme parks and several television networks. It began with a pioneering first success in 1937, "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs", which, to this day, influences the production of animated features.
